Narrative Biography of Hemanta Joshi Dr. Hemanta Joshi is an educational psychologist and dedicated community leader based in Edmonton, Canada. He is the Founding and Current President of the Newa Cultural Society of Alberta (NCSA), guiding the organization's cultural preservation initiatives since its inception on April 22, 2013. His distinguished career includes over 25 years of service as a Senior Research Officer with the Government of Alberta's Ministry of Education and Childcare. He earned his PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta in November 1997.
